QUINTO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER

On July 17, 2026, the Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF) issued a full revocation to the failure-to-file cease trade order of Quinto Resources Inc. originally issued on June 7, 2023, as a result of the corporation not filing various continuous disclosure documents.

The corporation's continuous disclosure filings are now current and may be viewed on SEDAR+. The corporation anticipates that trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange will recommence as soon as practicable.
