Quinto Resources Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Order
Montreal, Quebec July 21, 2026 Quinto Resources Inc. (TSXV: QIT) (the "Corporation"), is pleased
to announce that on July 17, 2026, the Autorite des Marches Financiers ("AMF") issued a full revocation
to the failure-to-file cease trade order (the "CTO") of the Corporation originally issued on June 7, 2023, as
a result of the Corporation not filing various continuous disclosure documents.
The Corporation's continuous disclosure filings are now current and may be viewed on SEDAR+
(sedarplus.ca). The Corporation anticipates that trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange
will recommence as soon as practicable.
