QUADRO FILES FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF UPSIZED $700,000 FINANCING
Further to its May 13, 2026, and June 23, 2026, news releases, Quadro Resources Ltd. has
increased the offering from $600,000 to $700,000 and filed documents with the TSX Venture Exchange seeking final approval for a non-brokered private placement financing through the issuance of
14 million units at a price of five cents per unit.
On receipt of exchange approval, the company will issue 14 million units, with each unit consisting of one
common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder
to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of 10 cents for a period of 24 months from
the date of issuance.
In connection with the private placement, and subject to exchange approval, the company will pay $41,300
in cash finders' fees and issue 826,000 non-transferable broker warrants exercisable at 10 cents per common
share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement
will be subject to a four-month hold period.
The proceeds of the offering are to be used for exploration expenditures, working capital, property
payments and general corporate purposes.
The offering remains subject to exchange approval. All securities issued pursuant to the offering will be
subject to a statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
Qualified person
Wayne Reid, PGeo, vice-president, exploration, for Quadro and a qualified person as defined in National Instrument
43-101, is responsible for this release and supervised the preparation of the information forming the basis
for this release.
