The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated June 19, 2026, between a subsidiary of the company (assignee) and an arm's-length party (assignor). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the assignee may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Jonco silver project, a large-scale polymetallic silver-gold-lead-zinc system located in central Peru. The property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, with a 0.5-per-cent buyback for $1-million and the right to negotiate the purchase of an existing 1.25-per-cent NSR royalty.
