RHELION LIFE SCIENCES' WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY FILAMENT HEALTH SHIPS PEX010 TO THE UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY FOR PHASE 2 TRIAL OF PSILOCYBIN-ASSISTED THERAPY FOR PTSD IN SURVIVORS OF INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE

Through Rhelion Life Sciences Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Filament Health Corp., the company develops, manufactures and supplies PEX010, its patented, standardized, GMP (good manufacturing practice) manufactured botanical psilocybin drug candidate, to clinical research and compassionate access programs at leading institutions worldwide.

The company is pleased to announce that Filament has shipped PEX010 to the University of Calgary for the phase 2 trial titled "Psilocybin-assisted Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence" (NCT06885996), known as PsiPTSD.

PsiPTSD will evaluate psilocybin-assisted therapy for chronic post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in adult survivors of intimate partner violence. The trial is led by Dr. Chantel Debert at the University of Calgary. The University of Calgary is the sponsor of the trial. Filament is not the sponsor of the trial and is not responsible for its conduct.

PsiPTSD is the second trial led by Dr. Debert at the University of Calgary to use PEX010, following a phase 2b trial of psilocybin-assisted therapy for persisting symptoms after concussion (NCT06615908).
