RILEY GOLD FILES PWC GOLD PROJECT NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT

Riley Gold Corp. has filed a National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects technical report for Riley Gold's 100-per-cent-owned Pipeline West/Clipper gold project (PWC), entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report, Pipeline West/Clipper Property, Lander County, Nevada, U.S.A." dated April 29, 2026, with an effective date of Feb. 11, 2026. The technical report is available under the company's SEDAR+ profile.

PWC is located in the Cortez mining district of the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend. PWC is operated by Kinross Gold U.S.A. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinross Gold Corp., under an exploration earn-in agreement executed in March, 2024.

The technical report was prepared by Matthew Dumula, PEng, of Archer Cathro Geological (U.S.) Ltd., who is a qualified person as defined under NI 43-101 and independent of Riley Gold.

The technical report provides an initial overview, including exploration activities to date. Kinross, as operator, continues to conduct additional exploration activities at PWC.
