NORTHSTAR ANNOUNCES DATE FOR SECOND QUARTER 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND VIRTUAL INVESTOR WEBCAST

Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. intends to file its unaudited quarterly financial statements and management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) on SEDAR+ for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, after market close.

The company will host a virtual investor webcast to discuss these financial results and to provide an operational update the following morning, Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. MT/8:30 a.m. ET. Details are provided below.
