• Exclusive U.S. Distribution Agreement – The Company entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Reliability Funding LLC (“Reliability”), appointing Reliability as its exclusive sales agent and distributor for the Company's detection, protection and wellness product portfolio across the United States (excluding the NIRLAB SA (“NIRLAB”) NIRLIGHT device). The agreement has an initial two-year term with renewal tied to agreed performance thresholds, and Reliability is compensated through a share of profit on U.S. sales. Concurrently, the Company announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to US$500,000 to fund inventory, customer onboarding and sales support for the U.S. launch.
• First Commercial Revenue in Company History – For the nine months ended June 30, 2026, the Company reported revenue of $112,000, up from $15,551 in the prior comparative period, as distribution and commercialization initiatives began converting into recurring commercial activity. General and administrative, investor relations and professional fees each declined year-over-year even as commercial operations scaled.
• Board Leadership Transition – The Board appointed The Hon. Tony Clement as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altrova Health.
