ALTROVA HEALTH ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FINANCING

Further to the news releases dated Sept. 8, 2026, Altrova Health Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement for total gross proceeds of $669,840. Gross proceeds were raised through the issuance of 13,396,800 units at a price of five cents per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of six cents per share for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance. In connection with the offering, the company paid to certain eligible finders cash commissions of $21,958.30 and issued 439,166 finders' warrants in accordance with applicable securities laws and Canadian Securities Exchange policies. Each finder's warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional unit at an exercise price of five cents per unit for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the offering. PowerOne Capital Markets Ltd. acted as finder in connection with a portion of the offering.

The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to implement and commercialize the company's exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Reliability Funding LLC, including product procurement and initial inventory, customer on-boarding, training, marketing, and sales activities, and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
