Reference is made to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 15, 2025, with respect to the listing of the company's shares.

The company has completed its initial public offering on Sept. 17, 2025. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering were $500,000 (3,333,333 shares at 15 cents per share). Therefore, the common shares of the company, which were listed at the close of business on Sept. 16, 2025, resumed trading on market open on Sept. 18, 2025.
