Real Estate Split Corp. will pay a distribution for March, 2023, to Class A shareholders as shown in an attached table.

The fund will also pay the first quarter distribution of 2023 to preferred shareholders as shown in an attached table.

The equity and preferred shares both trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the respective symbols RS and RS.PR.A.
