The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Rupert Resources Ltd. will list an additional 10 million common shares on the TSX at the open on March 27, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $4.50 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated March 20, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Dec. 16, 2024.
