HARVEST ANNOUNCES ETF NAME CHANGES FOR RYHE:TSX AND TDHE:TSX

Harvest Royal Bank Enhanced High Income Shares ETF has changed its name to Harvest Enhanced High Income RY-Linked Shares ETF, and Harvest TD Bank Enhanced High Income Shares ETF has changed its name to Harvest Enhanced High Income TD-Linked Shares ETF. The trading symbols for the shares of Harvest Enhanced High Income RY-Linked Shares ETF and Harvest Enhanced High Income TD-Linked Shares ETF listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange will not change. An application has been submitted to the TSX for the listed shares of RYHE and TDHE to trade under the new names.

Investment objectives

Harvest Enhanced High Income RY-Linked Shares ETF will seek to provide shareholders with: (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the common shares of Royal Bank of Canada; and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

Harvest Enhanced High Income TD-Linked Shares ETF will seek to provide shareholders with: (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the common shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank; and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.
