The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an arm's-length purchase agreement between the company and an arm's-length party, Golden Goose Discoveries Corp. Pursuant to the agreement, the purchaser acquired a 100-per-cent beneficial interest in the company's Sale Pond project, located in Newfoundland and Labrador.

In consideration for the property, the purchaser will issue an aggregate of 96,078 common shares of the purchaser to the company.
