The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2,122,164

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 19, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 19, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement dated July 19, 2023, for 7,067,999 shares with 3,533,995 share purchase warrants attached. This private placement was completed prior to the company's initial public offering and subsequent listing on the TSX Venture Exchange on Sept. 23, 2024.
