SEARCHLIGHT RESOURCES LISTS ON OTCQB VENTURE MARKET UNDER TICKER SYMBOL SCLTF

On Feb. 10, 2023, Searchlight Resources Inc.'s common shares will commence trading on the OTCQB under the symbol SCLTF. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SCLT.
