Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders of the company on Nov. 24, 2025, the company has changed its name to Thistle Resources Inc. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening of business on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the common shares of Thistle Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of St. Davids Capital Inc. will be delisted.
