SENSOR RECEIVES CONDITIONAL APPROVAL

Sensor Technologies Corp., further to its press release of June 30, 2023, has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) with respect to the company's proposed change of business from a technology issuer to an investment issuer.

Final approval for the proposed change of business is conditional on the company fulfilling the following conditions, among others:

• The successful completion of the private placement for aggregate proceeds $500,000;
• The completion of proposed debt conversions;
• The completion of the company's investment in each of Robotic StemCell BioTech Ltd., Blockchain Assets Management Group Ltd. and 14125339 Canada Inc. (as described in the company's press release of Jan. 19, 2023);
• The completion of any and all outstanding CSE application documentation and payment of applicable fees.

The company intends to fulfill all of the conditions as soon as possible.
