The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2.5 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 12, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  $1.50

These warrants were originally issued pursuant to a private placement of 25 million common shares (preconsolidation) and 12.5 million share purchase warrants (preconsolidation), which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 18, 2023.

The current number of warrants (2.5 million) and the corresponding exercise price ($1.50) referenced in this bulletin have been adjusted to reflect the company's one-for-five share consolidation, which became effective on June 6, 2024.
