The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of 100 per cent of the equity interests in Technomine Africa S.A.R.L., which holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Silver Hill project, located in Morocco.

Consideration:  625,000 common shares

Finder's fee:  31,250 common shares payable to Majilias Inc.
