The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length purchase and sale agreement dated Aug. 22, 2026, to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 43 unpatented mining claims and two mining patents (PAT-27645 and PAT-27646), located in Temagami greenstone belt, Ontario. As partial consideration, the company will also transfer 11 unpatented mining claims (Kanichee claims) to the seller.

Consideration:  $600,000 cash and two million common shares
