SHOPIFY TO ANNOUNCE THIRD-QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS NOVEMBER 4, 2025

Shopify Inc. plans to release its financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2025, before markets open on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025.

Shopify's management team will host a conference call to discuss third-quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025. The conference call will be available via webcast on the investor relations section of Shopify's website.

An archived replay of the webcast will be available following the conclusion of the call.
