SHOPIFY TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH-QUARTER AND FULL-YEAR 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS FEBRUARY 11, 2026

Shopify Inc. plans to release financial results for the quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2025, before markets open on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026.

Shopify's management team will host a conference call to discuss fourth-quarter and full-year results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026. The conference call will be available via webcast on the investor relations section of Shopify's website.

An archived replay of the webcast will be available following the conclusion of the call.
