SALTIRE CAPITAL LTD. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Saltire Capital Ltd. has changed its external auditor. Effective Aug. 24, 2026, MNP LLP resigned as the company's auditor at the request of the company, and the board of directors of the company has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the company's new auditor, to hold office until the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
The appointment of EY was approved by the company's audit committee and board of directors.
The change of auditor follows a request for proposal process undertaken by the company's audit committee. There were no reservations or modified opinions contained in MNP's audit reports in connection with the audits of the company's two most recently completed financial years, and there are no reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations) in connection with the change. A copy of the company's notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from MNP and EY, will be filed on SEDAR+ and will be available at SEDAR+.
