The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of First Majestic Del Toro S.A. de C.V., which holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Del Toro silver mine, Mexico.
