SMARTSET GRANTS OPTIONS

Pursuant to Smartset Services Inc.'s stock option plan and subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company has granted an aggregate of 327,500 stock options to certain of its directors and officers at an exercise price of 10 cents per common share exercisable until the date that is 10 years from the date of grant.

In accordance with exchange policies the stock options and any common shares issuable on exercise thereof, will be held pursuant to the company's capital pool company escrow agreement among the company, the transfer agent and certain of the shareholders and optionholders, a copy of which will be available under the company's profile at SEDAR+, and will be released pursuant to the terms thereof.
