STAR NAVIGATION ANNOUNCES CORRECTION TO PRESS RELEASE OF OCTOBER 3, 2025

Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. has corrected its Oct. 3, 2025, press release in which it announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Hydrotor Technologies Inc.

The company that the MOU was signed with is actually Aquagreen Energy Systems Inc., which owns and has developed the Hydrotor Technologies concept -- a next-generation magnetofluidic renewable power system designed for scalable, clean and continuous energy generation.

Star apologizes for any confusion that this may have caused investors.

About Aquagreen Energy Systems Inc.

Hydrotor is a clean energy firm that is recognized for its development of a magnetofluidic generator that operates continuously. The system is capable of producing between 25 kilowatts and 1,000 kilowatts per unit. It has been demonstrated for over 3-1/2 years.
