Silver North completes 2026 field program at Veronica

2026-09-10 22:53 ET - News Release

Mr. Jason Weber reports

SILVER NORTH COMPLETES VERONICA EXPLORATION PROGRAM, YUKON

Silver North Resources Ltd.'s 2026 field program at the Veronica property, located in Yukon's Silvertip district, has been completed. The program was designed to build on the success of the 2025 program, which identified silver mineralization in float and outcrop in stratigraphy that appears to be prospective for CRD-style (carbonate replacement deposit) mineralization, similar to that seen at Coeur Mining's Silvertip mine project, located 11 kilometres (km) to the southwest of Veronica.

The primary objective of the 2026 program at Veronica was to expand an open-ended multielement soil geochemical anomaly that currently covers an area of 1.2 km by one km. Detailed prospecting and mapping within the anomaly was completed to further understand and expand the Lodge and Cooper showings, where mineralized float returned 2,860 grams per tonne (g/t) silver and an outcropping northeast-trending fault returned 33.2 g/t silver (see news release dated Dec. 11, 2025).

The program also investigated several target areas defined by airborne magnetics and VTEM (versatile time domain electromagnetic) geophysical anomalies. Contour soil geochemical lines were carried out in select areas of the southern half of the project, where anomalous soil geochemical results coincide with magnetics and VTEM conductivity anomalies.

In total, 1,112 soil geochemical samples (including 60 samples from the adjacent Tim property) and 53 rock samples were collected in the program. Results will be reported once analytical results have been received and incorporated into the Veronica database and interpreted together with geophysical data and lithological mapping from the 2026 program.

About Silver North Resources Ltd.

Silver North's primary assets are its 100-per-cent-owned Haldane silver project (located next to Hecla Mining Inc.'s Keno Hill mine) and the Tim and Veronica silver projects (located in the Silvertip district of Southern Yukon and Northern British Columbia). At its flagship Haldane project, the company has made three Keno-style silver vein discoveries in only 24 drill holes. Exploration is focused on the recent discovery at the main zone, where drilling has intersected high-grade silver mineralization over wide intervals.

Silver North is fully financed for its 2026 and 2027 drilling campaigns and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SNAG; additionally, it trades in the United States on the OTCQB (under the symbol TARSF) and in Europe on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (under the symbol I90).
