The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 236,436 shares in consideration of certain geological and consulting services totalling $20,000 provided to the company between April 1, 2023, and Sept. 30, 2023, pursuant to an agreement dated April 1, 2019, as amended on April 1, 2020, and April 1, 2022.

Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:$5,000, 57,143 shares at 8.75 cents; $5,000, 51,921 shares at 9.63 cents; $5,000, 60,168 shares at 8.31 cents; $5,000, 67,204 shares at 7.44 cents
