Mr. Mike Power reports
SILVER RANGE RESOURCES STAKES SOUTH WEEPAH GOLD PROPERTY, NEVADA
Silver Range Resources Ltd. has acquired a new high-grade gold property in Esmeralda county, Nevada.
South Weepah
Silver Range has staked the South Weepah property, 5.5 kilometres south of the Weepah mine and 39 kilometres northeast of Silver Peak, Nev. The property is centred on an east-northeast-trending fault zone cutting silicified Tertiary rhyolite and Cambrian basement rocks. Historical samples collected from workings along this 800-metre-long feature returned up to 30.9 grams per tonne gold. This project was generated from archival research of proprietary exploration data purchased by Silver Range. The property was sampled during the recent staking and results are pending. Silver Range intends to conduct geological mapping, alteration mineral mapping, additional rock sampling, soil sampling and VLF-EM (very-low-frequency electromagnetic) surveys to identify drill targets on this property.
Conferences
Silver Range will be exhibiting projects in the core shack at the American Exploration and Mining Association annual general meeting in Reno from Dec. 6 to Dec. 8, 2023. In addition, Silver Range will be exhibiting at the Vancouver Resources Investment Conference (Jan. 21 to Jan. 22, 2024) and at the Association for Mineral Exploration Roundup in the prospect generators hub (Jan. 24 to Jan. 25, 2024).
