BOARD RESTRUCTURING

In connection with a broader board restructuring process, Sophie Galper-Komet has resigned as a director of Superbuzz Inc. and as chair of the audit committee, effective March 8, 2026. The company thanks Ms. Galper-Komet for her leadership and valuable contributions during her tenure and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.

Additionally, the company has commenced the process of evaluating candidates to fill the resulting vacancy on the board and to reconstitute the audit committee in accordance with applicable TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
