STRATEGIC RESOURCES INC. SETS AGM DATE AND A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESIGNS

Strategic Resources Inc. has scheduled its next annual general meeting of shareholders for Dec. 16, 2026, at 9 a.m. EDT, in Montreal, and Michael Moore, a member of its board of directors, has resigned. Mr. Moore served on a few board committees and will be missed by the Strategic Resources management team.
