SORRENTO RESOURCES COMPLETES SALE TO GOLD HUNTER

Sorrento Resources Ltd. has completed the previously announced (see news release dated May 29, 2024) sale of the mineral claims comprising the Jackson Arm, Silver Mountain and Taylor's Pond properties, to Gold Hunter Resources Inc. As consideration for the properties, the company received a cash payment of $60,000 and was issued one million common shares in the capital of Gold Hunter.
