SPECTRA PRODUCTS INC. REPORTS FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

Spectra Products Inc. has released its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026.

Continued operational profitability in 2026 has allowed the company to maintain strong cash reserves as at March 31, 2026. Cash and investments comprise almost $1.2-million.

Revenues for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, were $397,453 compared with $484,392 for the same period in 2025, a decrease of 18 per cent. In the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, net income (before taxes) of $27,389 was earned compared with net income (before taxes) of $81,114 for the same period in 2025.

"Although sales are lower for Q1 2026, the company has remained operationally profitable, as measured by earnings before taxes and stock-based compensation. The current economic environment is challenging and we continue to actively assess the market to maintain and improve sales and profitability," said Andrew Malion, chief executive officer of Spectra Products. "The company has built a sizable cash position and is actively looking for acquisitions and new business opportunities to further enhance shareholder value."

Spectra Products is the Toronto-based North American designer, manufacturer and distributor of wheel-end safety products to the transportation industry. These products include Brake Safe, Zafety Lug Lock, Hub Alert, the Termin-8RO line of electric vehicle protection, anti-corrosion and extreme pressure lubricants, and Optimum Fleet Health, a revolutionary AI (artificial intelligence) predictive and prescriptive vehicle maintenance software.
