Spectra Products Inc. Announces Leave of Absence of President and Appointment of Interim President

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. ("Spectra" or the "Company") (SSA: TSX VENTURE) announces that Mr. Andrew Malion is taking a leave of absence for personal reasons, effective immediately.

The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Robert Moran as Interim President, effective immediately. Mr. Moran has been on the Board of Directors of Spectra since July 2022 and is well positioned to ensure the ongoing execution of the Company's operations and business plan.
