Spectra Products Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) reports the release of its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026.

Continued operational profitability in 2026 has allowed the Company to maintain strong cash reserves as at June 30, 2026. Cash and investments comprise over $1.26M, a decrease of approximately $178,000 since December 31, 2025, reflecting share repurchases under the Company's Normal Course Issuer Bid and working capital movements.

Revenues for the three-month period ended June 30, 2026 were $399,195 compared to $387,786 for the same period in 2025, an increase of 3%. Revenues for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026 were $796,648 compared to $872,178 for the same period in 2025, a decrease of 9%.

In the three-month period ended June 30, 2026, net income before taxes of $13,007 was realized compared to a net loss before taxes of $39,747 for the same period in 2025. Earnings before taxes and stock-based compensation was $46,007 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, resulting in a six-month total of $73,397.
