SPECTRA PRODUCTS INC. REPORTS THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

Spectra Products Inc. has released its financial results for the three and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Continued operational profitability in 2026 has allowed the company to maintain strong cash reserves as at ended Sept. 30, 2026. Cash and investments comprise over $1.36-million, a decrease of approximately $87,000 since Dec. 31, 2025, reflecting share repurchases under the company's normal course issuer bid, working capital movements and changes in the fair value of investments held.

Revenues for the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2026, were $441,321 compared with $444,782 for the same period in 2025, a decrease of 1 per cent. Revenues for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 2026, were $1,237,968 compared with $1,316,960 for the same period in 2025, a decrease of 6 per cent.

In the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2026, net income before taxes of $71,398 was realized compared with a net income before taxes of $42,541 for the same period in 2025. In the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 2026, net income before taxes of $111,794 was earned compared with net income before taxes of $83,908 for the same period in 2025.

The non-IFRS (international financial reporting standards) measure net income before taxes and stock-based compensation for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 2026, was $144,794, compared with $143,908 for the same period in 2025. Net income before taxes and stock-based compensation was $71,398 for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, compared with $58,541 for the same period in 2025.
