STRATEGX ELEMENTS CORP. ANNOUNCES SECOND TRANCHE CLOSING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Strategx Elements Corp. has completed a second tranche closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $198,000 through the issuance of 1.32 million units at a price of 15 cents per unit. The proceeds will support the continued advancement of the company's critical mineral exploration projects on the Melville peninsula, Nunavut, Canada.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share of the company at 25 cents for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance.
No finders' fees were paid in connection with the second tranche. All securities issued pursuant to the second tranche are subject to a statutory hold period expiring Jan. 18, 2027, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Together with the first tranche closing announced July 16, 2026, the company has raised a total of $531,856.35 from the sale of 3,545,709 units. The company expects that a final tranche closing relating to the remaining balance of units available for sale under this offering will be completed on or before Sept. 30, 2026.
