PLAID TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER

Plaid Technologies Inc.'s principal regulator, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has lifted the management cease trade order, effective Sept. 10, 2026, that it had previously granted to the company on July 30, 2026, under National Policy 12-203, as the company has now successfully completed filings of its annual and interim financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and chief financial officer and chief executive officer certificates. Revoking the MCTO means the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer of the company are no longer prevented from trading the company's common shares.

The company confirms that, on Sept. 3, 2026, it completed and filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the management discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certificates. The company also confirms that, on Sept. 9, 2026, it filed its interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, the management discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certificates.
