PLAID TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Plaid Technologies Inc. has appointed Guy Bourgeois as interim chief financial officer of the company, effective Sept. 30, 2026, following the resignation of Gary Dodge from his position as chief financial officer, effective on the same date.

The company wishes to thank Mr. Dodge for his contributions and service during his tenure as chief financial officer and extends its best wishes for his future endeavours.

Mr. Bourgeois currently serves as a director, corporate secretary and chairman of the company, and brings extensive knowledge of the company's business, operations and governance to his new role. His responsibilities as interim chief financial officer include overseeing the company's financial reporting and regulatory filings.

The company intends to seek a suitable candidate for the position of permanent chief financial officer in due course and will provide an update once an appointment has been made.
