STAMPER OIL & GAS ANNOUNCES LOCATION CHANGE TO ITS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

After careful consideration and due to the concerns related to the severe weather conditions in metro Vancouver that pose risks to shareholders and the Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. team, the location of the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of Stamper has been changed to a virtual format only.

As previously disclosed in the management proxy materials available under the company's profile on SEDAR+, the annual meeting will be conducted on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.

To join the annual meeting on-line, the Zoom meeting ID is 881 6527 7007, with the passcode 624023.

To assist with the attendance, shareholders are asked to log into the meeting with their first and last names, and shareholders may be asked to provide their control number from their proxy or voting instruction form.

Stamper puts health and safety of its shareholders, management, employees, consultants and advisers first, and encourages its shareholders to attend the annual meeting. Shareholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person.
