Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. ("Stamper" or the "Company") (TSX V: STMP; FSE: TMP2) today announces that, after careful consideration and due to the concerns related to the severe weather conditions in Metro Vancouver that pose risks to shareholders and our team, the location of the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Stamper (the "Annual Meeting") has been changed to a virtual format only. As previously disclosed in the management proxy materials available under the Company's profile on SEDAR (www.sedarplus.ca), the Annual Meeting will be conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).
