STUHINI ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING VOTING RESULTS

At Stuhini Exploration Ltd.'s annual general meeting (AGM) held on Dec. 4, 2024, shareholders voted to: re-elect Anthony Fogarassy, David O'Brien, Fioravante Aliperti and Kazuki Nohdomi as directors of the company; reappoint Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the auditor of the company; and approve the company's rolling 10-per-cent stock option plan, as amended and restated, to address certain housekeeping items and to provide additional clarity.
