STORAGEVAULT ANNOUNCES FILING OF SHORT FORM PROSPECTUS

Storagevault Canada Inc., further to its Nov. 12, 2025, news release, has obtained a receipt for the final short form prospectus filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, in connection with the offering of listed senior unsecured hybrid debentures due Dec. 31, 2030, for gross proceeds of $50-million. The closing of ohe Offering is subject to customary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
