THESIS GOLD & SILVER SUBMITS DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR ITS LAWYERS-RANCH GOLD-SILVER PROJECT

Thesis Gold & Silver Inc. has submitted a detailed project description (DPD) for its 100-per-cent-owned Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver project, located in north-central British Columbia, to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office (EAO).

The submission represents an important milestone in the environmental assessment (EA) process and provides the basis for the EAO to undertake its readiness decision for the project.

We engaged extensively with participating indigenous nations on an early draft of the DPD over the summer, and their input helped inform and strengthen the document submitted to the EAO. The company initiated the environmental assessment process for Lawyers-Ranch on Dec. 10, 2025. In June, 2026, the company announced that the government of Canada confirmed that the impact assessment process will be substituted to the Province of British Columbia and that British Columbia's EAO will conduct the impact assessment process under the Environmental Assessment Act, SBC 2018, C.51, on behalf of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada, under the "one project, one review" approach (see the press release dated June 26, 2026, entitled "Thesis Gold & Silver Receives Confirmation of Substituted Impact Assessment Process for Lawyers-Ranch").
