TAURUS GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to the news release of Oct. 2, 2024, Taurus Gold Corp. closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units on Oct. 9, 2024, issuing 920,000 units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $46,000.

Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half common share purchase warrant of the company. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance at an exercise price of 10 cents per warrant share.

The securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the date of issuance.

The funds raised pursuant to the private placement shall be for general working capital purposes (general and administrative).

No finders' fees were paid in connection with the private placement, and the company does not plan to complete any additional closings.
