TRAILBREAKER EXTENDS WARRANT TERMS

Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. intends to extend the term of two million common share purchase warrants by one year to April 10, 2027. The warrants were issued April 10, 2024, pursuant to a private placement financing, with an exercise price of 60 cents for two years. The warrant exercise price will remain unchanged.
