Effective as of the market open today, on July 14, 2026, the company has changed its name from Gungnir Resources Inc. to Three Crowns Critical Metals Inc., completed a 1:20 consolidation of its common shares and completed certain corporate updates, as previously announced in news releases on May 29, 2026, and July 8, 2026.

The company's new Cusip number for the postconsolidation common shares is 885933 10 1 and its new ISIN is CA 885933 10 1 6. The company's new ticker on the TSX Venture Exchange is TCCM. The company's ticker on the OTC Pink Market will change to TCCMF within 20 business days of today and is currently trading under the temporary ticker ASWRD.

The name change, consolidation and corporate updates were approved by the TSX-V, the company's board of directors, and the company's shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on June 29, 2026.
