Effective at the opening on Friday, Aug. 16, 2024, the common shares of TGX Energy & Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of True North Gems Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as an other non-metallic mineral mining and quarrying company.
