TITAN ANNOUNCES Q&A SESSION WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Titan Medical Inc. management will host a webcast question-and-answer session on March 27, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET in connection with the merger agreement entered into by Titan with Conavi Medical Inc., which was announced by press release issued on March 18, 2024. Titan will provide prepared remarks followed by a Q&A session. Paul Cataford, interim president and chief executive officer, and Chien Huang, chief financial officer, will attend the session on behalf of Titan.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the Q&A session to investors@titanmedicalinc.com. Questions will be accepted until March 25, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET. A link to the live audio webcast will be made available on the investor relations section of the company's website.
